KMPC Activities Cmmittee

"To effectively minister to present and future members through activities within the church family and community; to enable the church to be active in the community affairs as well as world mission" KMPC Official Handbook.

This committee has two invaluable goals:  First, it aims to attract and increase church membership through community activities.  We have an Apple Festival in October, inviting local merchants to open stalls on the church grounds; with the help of Genesis Lodge #88 Free and Accepted Masons we conduct an annual child ID Day providing free ID cards for children and senior citizens. Local and regional newspapers, radio, TV, and poster media are used.  Each Christmas Eve., we hold an ecumenical midnight service at Restland Memorial Chapel attended by local worshippers of different denominations.  Other activities are on-going through-out the entire year.
